CAUSE: This error occurs when the user does not have enough file or folder permissions to read/write to the zScheduler data folder.

RESOLUTION: Make sure the user has enough file/folder permissions to read and write to the selected zScheduler data folder. If the files are located on a network share, make sure the share permissions are also set for the current user.
