Adding Zoom Geeks to your Approved Applications

You are probably here because you got this popup window while you are trying to run zMaxOneClick.

You can use impersonation to temporarily connect, but you will have to go through the process every time. If you want to add zMaxOnClick to your Approved Applications list then select No. (remember, you will have to make a choice on this screen before zMaxOneClick will run.)

Here are the instructions for how to Add zMaxOnClick to your Approved Applications.

Open your Sage 100 Contractor Database Administration Tool.
(Sage 100 Contractor Database Administration Tool MUST be run from the database server.)

Drill down to Advanced Settings… and then Advanced SQL Server Settings

The last option in Advanced SQL Server Settings has a button that allows you to Edit Approvals. Click that button.

A popup window will appear with all your Approved Applications. The program will search for applications so you will have to wait for the little green bar to fill up. Once it finishes you will see ZoomGeeks.zMaxOnclick as an option. Tick the box and click OK.

Now close your Sage 100 Contractor Database Administration Tool.

Make sure you selected No on the original popup window and you can now open zMaxOneClick.
