Download Instructions for zMaxOneClick

OVERVIEW

This document contains the following topics:

Upon completion of these instructions the zMaxOneClick install file will be downloaded from
the Zoom website and saved on the local computer.

READ INSTRUCTIONS

Read the Zoom email you received with the subject ‘Your Requested zMaxOneClick Download'
Then read the download instructions and complete the download of the install file by following these instructions listed below.

The instructions can be accessed by clicking the hyperlink text titled ‘Click here to view’ next to the title ‘Download the install file:’ (as shown in the screenshot below – Figure 1).

DOWNLOAD INSTALL FILE

zMaxOneClick installation file is located on the Zoom website and needs to be downloaded before it is installed.

To download click the “Click to Download Install” link shown in the email (as shown below –Figure 1).

The ‘File Download’ screen (as shown below – Figure 2) will appear (this screenshot is from Windows 7. Each version of Windows has a different screen).

SAVE INSTALL FILE LOCALLY

There are three options – Open, Save and Save As. Choose Save to save the file to your Downloads folder (as show below – Figure 3).

WAIT AS INSTALL FILE DOWNLOADS

As the file downloads the progress bar will show you the download progress and a percent complete is shown. If you are using Internet Explorer v11 then this download progress bar will show at the bottom of the screen (as shown below – Figure 4).

LOCATE LOCAL COPY OF INSTALL FILE

Navigate to your computer’s Downloads folder (as shown below – Figure 5).

You will see the file located in this folder (as shown below – Figure 6)

You are ready to Install the application – refer to ‘Install Instructions’ link or “zMaxOneClick_2_Install_Instructions.pdf” file.
